Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Invoice will be provided to the customer once PO is accepted.
What is our returns policy?
Reedot Sports offers 15 days checking and inspection time once goods are delivered and it covers any significant manufacturing fault i.e. major deviation from the approved product specifications. Once refund claim is approved at our discretion, buyer can keep the faulted products and they will be replaced for FREE however shipping will be borne by the buyer or mutual understanding. We will require pictures and videos as proof in order to approve any refund claim.
