Material:

We usually use cowhide, buffalo and synthetic leather.

Buffalo and cowhide leather:

Cowhide leather is the natural, unbleached skin of cow before it is processed into leather.

Difference between cowhide and buffalo leather:

Cow leather is softer than buffalo leather. Both are of similar nature and strength. the cowhide leather elasticity is more than buffalo leather. its very good thing for shape and feel of custom boxing equipment. it is little bit expensive than buffalo leather we suggest cowhide leather. We deal in both(cowhide and buffalo leather). we use the upper material according to our customer’s demand.

Synthetic Leather: 

Synthetic leather also called Artificial leather and PU leather that holds the appearance of leather. but is not made from animal hide like genuine(cowhide and buffalo leather) leather. PU leather is usually made in polyurethane(PU), Polyvinylchloride(PVC) textile polymer composite micro fibers.

Inner Material: 

• 2 layer injected mold

two layer mold we use the injected mold. On outer layer and inner we use the 10mm Extra foam for more protection.

• 3 layer hand mold

Three layer mold we use the Latex Foam For outer layer. In middle layer we use the 10mm medium density Eva foam. In the last layer of mold is a 10mm especially form for extra protection.

• 4 layer hand mold

Three layer mold we use the Latex Foam For outer layer. In middle layer we use the 10mm medium density Eva foam. The second last layer of mold is a Soft Eva Foam. In the last layer of mold is a 10mm especially form for extra protection.

PU boxing gloves

Upper layer material: We use the synthetic leather on upper layer of the boxing gloves.

Inside Mold material:
